LayarHijau – Shock has spread across Japan following reports that adult film star Hana Kuraki (倉木華) has died at the age of 25. The report gained widespread attention after information account Entertainer Orihara (エンターテイナー折原) claimed that Kuraki allegedly died by suicide at an apartment rented by her boyfriend, Kabukicho host Shota Taira (平良翔太).
In his posts, Orihara also made serious allegations about Kuraki’s relationship with Taira. He claimed that Kuraki had allegedly been subjected to domestic violence, threats made in the name of criminal groups, and pressure to work overseas. He also alleged that money belonging to Kuraki had been taken.

However, there has been no official confirmation of Kuraki’s reported death from her agency, T-POWERS, the police, or her family. Several unresolved points have also fueled discussion on Japanese social media.
No Official Confirmation From Her Agency
The first major point drawing attention is the absence of an official announcement regarding Kuraki’s reported death.
T-POWERS’ official website still features Kuraki’s profile among its roster of talents. Even after reports of her death began circulating, the agency had not published an obituary or statement regarding her condition.
Attention has also turned to Kuraki’s latest title, which is scheduled for release on September 22. It remains unclear whether the release will proceed as planned.
Sakito Denies Being the First Person to Find Hana Kuraki
The second point concerns a host known as Sakito (咲人), whose name emerged in discussions surrounding the case.
Sakito personally clarified that he was not the first person to find Kuraki. According to his account, a friend of Kuraki was the person who initially discovered her.
Sakito said he went to the location only after being notified about what had happened. This means that some of the details initially circulated online about who first found Kuraki do not fully match his account.
Sakito is also one of the few people, apart from Orihara, to publicly refer to Kuraki’s reported death and express condolences.
Orihara Makes Allegations of Abuse and Severe Pressure
Meanwhile, Entertainer Orihara said on September 13 that he planned to release more evidence related to the case.
In his posts, Orihara accused Shota Taira of controlling Kuraki through violence, threats, and attempts to monitor her movements. He also alleged that Kuraki’s money had been taken, that she was pressured to delete LINE conversations and evidence of injuries, and that she had been pushed to work overseas.
Orihara further claimed that Kuraki had previously told him about several alleged experiences, including being stabbed with a kitchen knife and being beaten. He also said Kuraki had described feeling so distressed that even looking at herself in the mirror had become painful.
According to Orihara, after Taira was arrested, people connected to him allegedly went to Kuraki’s residence and pressured her to settle the matter through a reconciliation.
However, all of these allegations remain claims made by Orihara and have not been independently verified. There has been no confirmation from police, judicial authorities, T-POWERS, Kuraki’s family, or other relevant parties that could substantiate the allegations.
For now, the report of Hana Kuraki’s death, as well as the allegations of violence and coercion surrounding it, should therefore be treated as unverified information. Further developments are likely to depend on official statements from her family, agency, or authorities.
