LayarHijau – Concerns are mounting for actress Li Yitong after she was spotted seeking emergency medical attention late at night. Photos circulating online show the actress in her pajamas, appearing visibly weak as she was escorted into the emergency room by staff.
Responding to the viral reports, Li Yitong’s studio issued an official statement on the night of April 2, 2026, clarifying the situation. According to the studio, the actress experienced a sudden physical collapse shortly after wrapping up her filming schedule the previous night and was immediately taken to the hospital for medical evaluation.

“The production team has issued an emergency cancellation of today’s filming schedule to allow Yitong to rest and recover. At present, her condition has stabilized,” the studio representative stated. They further emphasized that the actress’s well-being remains their top priority. “The studio will closely monitor her treatment and go all out to ensure Yitong’s health. Moving forward, we will rationally adjust her work schedule to guarantee sufficient rest, putting the artist’s physical health above all else!”
The health scare occurred during the ongoing production of her latest historical drama, The Noble (Jin Zhi), where she stars alongside Chen Xingxu. The highly anticipated series officially began filming on February 10, 2026.
The Noble (Jin Zhi) follows the journey of Chen Que’er (Li Yitong), a woman caught in a whirlpool of vengeance and power struggles within the imperial court. Amidst a dangerous path, she crosses paths with Sun Ruyang (Chen Xingxu), a man driven by grand ambitions while harboring deep scars from his past. Together, they must navigate through deadly conspiracies to uncover a buried truth.
The studio confirmed they will continue to adjust the shooting schedule as needed to ensure Li Yitong is fully recovered before she returns to the set of The Noble (Jin Zhi).
