New data released by Kuyun Data on April 1st provides a detailed look at this competitive map.
The costume drama Pursuit of Jade (逐玉) emerged as the undisputed winner, boasting a massive lead over its competitors. Starring Zhang Linghe and Tian Xiwei, the series racked up a total of 2.698 billion views across all platforms within the month, along with 2.578 billion on-demand views. These figures secured its top position in both categories simultaneously.

Since its premiere, Pursuit of Jade (逐玉) has shown an extraordinary trend. For 19 consecutive days, the drama surpassed 100 million daily views. During its peak broadcast period, it averaged over 60 million views per episode, making it the highest-averaging series of 2026 to date.
This dominance is also reflected in character popularity. Zhang Linghe, portraying Xie Zheng, claimed the top spot with a popularity score of 19,097. Meanwhile, Love Story in the 1970s (纯真年代的爱情), starring Chen Feiyu and Sun Qian, posted strong numbers in the on-demand category. With 438 million views, the drama ranked second in that category and maintained a per-episode average of over 40 million.
Additionally, actor Gong Jun grabbed headlines for his portrayal of Shen Xiezhi in the drama Hold a Court Now (家事法庭). His character ranked third on the March popularity list with a score of 17,585.
