LayarHijau – Netflix’s The Resurrected (回魂計) gathers an impressive cast including Shu Qi, Angelica Lee, and Alyssa Chia. Yet beyond the main stars, even the supporting actors have drawn huge attention. One standout is Patrick Nattawat Finkler, who plays the tender-hearted “Eason,” a young man devoted to Shu Qi’s character. His striking visuals and moving performance have quickly made him one of the hottest names in the show’s lineup—especially as news swirl that he has signed under late actor Yu Menglong’s management agency since May 2025.
A Libra baby born in 2003
Patrick Nattawat Finkler was born on October 20, 2003. Known affectionately by fans as “PaiPai,” he stands tall at 182 cm, exuding youthful energy and confidence. Despite his age, his charisma in The Resurrected has captivated audiences from the moment he appeared on screen.

A real German–Thai mix
While his character in the drama pretends to have an ambiguous background, in real life Patrick is genuinely of mixed descent. His father is German and his mother is Thai. Born and raised in Germany until the age of 11, he later moved with his family to Roi Et, Thailand, to care for his grandmother.
Officially joins Yu Menglong’s agency
As Yu Menglong’s tragic fall remains a sensitive topic in the entertainment world, online users noticed that Patrick officially signed with Tianyu Media, the same agency that once represented Yu. Many pointed out that the two share a striking resemblance and urged Patrick to “get out of there fast,” fearing he might suffer the same fate as Yu. Comments like “Run, Patrick!” and “Don’t become the next Yu Menglong!” flooded social media.

A top student from Thailand’s most prestigious school
When he first returned to Thailand, Patrick barely spoke Thai. Yet his determination to learn paid off. He enrolled in extra classes, excelled academically, and was accepted into the renowned Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School. He even served as deputy head of the student foundation and leader of the honor guard. By age 17, he passed the GED with a GPA of 3.97—a true hidden genius.
A former member of the boy group INTO1
Patrick’s journey to fame began in 2021 when he joined Tencent’s survival show Produce Camp 2021 (Chuang 2021). Finishing in ninth place, he debuted as a member of the project boy band INTO1. When the group officially disbanded in April 2023, Patrick established his own studio and began pursuing solo projects, as Beauty123.com reported.

A multilingual talent fluent in five languages

After moving to China at 17, Patrick mastered five languages: German, Thai, Mandarin, English, and French. In December 2022, he proudly shared his results from the HSKK Intermediate Speaking Test and HSK Level 5 Chinese Proficiency Test—scoring 81 in oral, 98 in listening, 66 in reading, and 73 in writing. His dedication to learning continued when, in 2023, he was accepted to both the Central Academy of Drama and the Beijing Film Academy, ultimately choosing the latter. He even represented his class by reciting a poem titled Lighting the Lamp of Cinema during the school’s opening ceremony.
