Behind this glamorous image, Kwon Eun-bi has shared glimpses of her personal journey in maintaining her health. On the Korean TV show Point of Omniscient Interfere (MBC) in 2023, Eun-bi revealed that she weighed just around 44.7 kilograms at a height of 158 centimeters. She also confessed that during her trainee days, she once followed an extreme diet, eating only a few slices of apple each day. Korean media such as KBIZoom and Cosmopolitan Korea reported that this approach led to a rapid weight loss but also left her feeling weak and losing muscle mass.
Learning from these experiences, Eun-bi has since embraced a healthier lifestyle. In interviews with Allure Korea and on her personal YouTube channel, she shared her daily meals, which focus on high-protein and low-fat options such as chicken breast, salmon, spinach, and tomatoes. She also includes low-calorie cheese and nuts as healthy snacks.
Meanwhile, Hong Kong media outlet on.cc reported that Eun-bi has gradually shifted away from sugary sodas, opting instead for sparkling water and tea. However, Eun-bi herself has not directly addressed this beverage change in public Korean interviews.
Exercise plays an equally important role in her fitness journey. Eun-bi regularly works out at the gym, combining aerobic and anaerobic exercises to burn fat and build muscle. She is also known for practicing Pilates, which strengthens her core and improves flexibility. According to on.cc, Eun-bi reportedly enjoys playing golf occasionally as part of her varied exercise routine, although this activity has not been widely discussed in Korean media interviews.
Eun-bi’s efforts reflect her determination to stay healthy and fit—not only to maintain her appearance but also to care for her body in a sustainable way. Her story resonates with many of her fans, both men and women, who see her as a role model for balancing external beauty and inner well-being.
Kwon Eun-bi’s performance at Waterbomb 2025 once again proved that true confidence shines not only from outward visuals but also from the dedication and effort put into self-care. It’s no wonder that she continues to be one of the festival’s most talked-about stars every summer in South Korea.
