Instead of featuring just one wedding, the production surprised viewers with two different ceremonies, each with its own unique atmosphere. Despite their contrasting settings, both shared one notable detail—they were held without any guests, making the celebrations feel deeply personal and intimate.
Two Weddings, Two Romantic Settings
The first ceremony takes place in the rain, surrounded by a breathtaking sea of blue and white flowers. Song Weilong’s character wears a light blue shirt paired with black suit trousers, while Zhang Jingyi appears in a strapless white wedding gown with a layered tulle skirt and a long veil.
Looking into her eyes, his character delivers a heartfelt vow.
“Miao Jing, it feels like I’ve spent my whole life walking countless roads. It wasn’t until I met you that I finally knew where I wanted to go. You made me believe that there really is someone in this world who chooses another person without hesitation. And because of you, I learned that home isn’t a place—it’s the person who’s always waiting for you.”
The emotional confession brings tears to Miao Jing’s eyes as she reflects on everything they have endured together.
He then continues his vows.
“Thank you for coming into my life, and thank you for choosing to be my future. From this day forward, I’ll walk beside you wherever life takes us, for the rest of our lives.”
Moved by his words, she smiles through her tears before the couple stands together to celebrate the beginning of their new life.
A Cozy Wedding at Home
The second wedding offers a completely different kind of romance. Instead of a grand outdoor ceremony, Zhang Jingyi’s character transforms the home they share with warm yellow balloons and fresh flowers.
Dressed in a simple white dress and veil, she quietly approaches him as he stands with his eyes closed, dressed entirely in black. She gently taps his shoulder, and when he turns around to see her holding a bouquet, he breaks into an uncontrollable smile.
The two embrace tightly before twirling around the room together, laughing and dancing in one of the drama’s sweetest and most memorable scenes.
A Happy Ending That Won Over Fans
The wedding sequence had long been one of the most anticipated moments in Love for You, and viewers praised both versions equally. Whether it was the dreamy rain-soaked flower ceremony or the intimate celebration at home, fans felt each wedding perfectly captured the couple’s journey.
Many also appreciated the decision to leave out wedding guests altogether. Since the two protagonists had relied on each other since their teenage years and overcome countless hardships side by side, viewers felt it made perfect sense that the most important moment of their lives belonged only to them.
In the end, Song Weilong and Zhang Jingyi’s characters finally achieve the happiness they fought so hard for. With every major conflict resolved and the couple beginning a new chapter together as husband and wife, Love for You concludes with a heartfelt happy ending that left many fans satisfied.
