LayarHijau – The latest Kuyun Data rankings for Week 21 of 2026 have been released, revealing the Chinese dramas that dominated viewership charts across multiple platforms last week. Among the biggest winners, The Lead (主角) stood far ahead of the competition by topping both major weekly rankings.

Starring Zhang Jiayi and Liu Haocun, The Lead recorded 589 million cross-platform views last week, successfully holding onto the No. 1 spot on the weekly chart.

The drama also led the weekly on-demand ranking with 325 million views. Since premiering, The Lead has maintained strong momentum and consistently dominated daily rankings. The series has already topped the daily charts 12 times, while its total views during broadcast have surpassed 1 billion.

Coming in behind it was historical drama The Heir (家业), starring Yang Zi and Han Dongjun. The series earned 322 million cross-platform views last week, placing second on the weekly chart. It also generated 182 million on-demand views, ranking third in that category.

Meanwhile, Born with Luck (低智商犯罪), which recently wrapped up its run, continued to perform strongly even after its finale. The drama stars Wang Xiao and Tian Xiwei and recorded 250 million cross-platform views along with 208 million on-demand views last week. Those results placed the series third on the weekly cross-platform chart and second on the on-demand ranking.

During its broadcast run, Born with Luck also topped the daily charts seven times. The drama reportedly averaged more than 30 million views per episode.

The character popularity rankings were also dominated by lead roles from this week’s hottest dramas. Yi Qin’e from The Lead, played by Liu Haocun, claimed the No. 1 spot with a popularity score of 16,635.

Second place went to Zhan Zhao from Zhan Zhao Adventures (雨霖铃), portrayed by Yang Yang, with a score of 16,379. Meanwhile, Li Zhen from The Heir, played by Yang Zi, ranked third with a score of 16,029.
