LayarHijau – On the evening of November 3, 2025, Damai’s official Weibo account (大麦) officially announced that actress Zhao Lusi will hold a concert titled “Miss You” (思念如面 / Si Nian Ru Mian) on November 8 at 7:00 PM at the Chengdu Gaoxin Sports Center Multifunctional Gymnasium. The announcement was also shared by Zhao Lusi’s team through their personal social media accounts.
According to reports, concert tickets will be distributed starting November 4 at 8:00 PM through a quiz-based reservation system, which allows fans to secure tickets for free after completing a short quiz. Damai (大麦, Damai Ticket) is one of China’s largest ticketing platforms, similar to Ticketmaster or Eventbrite in the U.S., providing access to concerts, theater shows, sports events, and festivals. In addition to ticketing, the app offers packages that include accommodations and transportation to the venue. Fans who wish to arrange both lodging and transportation to the concert can expect additional costs ranging from 370 to 392 yuan (approximately $85–$90 USD, exchange rate 1 yuan ≈ $0.23 USD).

The concert has drawn attention after Zhao Lusi revealed during an October livestream that Grammy-winning producer Brian Lee flew to China to discuss a collaboration with her. Brian Lee is known for producing international hits for Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber, including “Stupid Love” and “Sorry.” Just one month after this announcement, Zhao Lusi released two new singles, Black Veil Bride and Don’t Wanna Know. Her first single, Black Veil Bride, amassed over 10,000 bookmarks within 10 minutes of release and has surpassed 2 million bookmarks on Qishui Music to date. The second single, Don’t Wanna Know, quickly climbed the charts on major music platforms.
Despite impressive streaming and bookmarking numbers, some netizens questioned her singing ability, claiming she “relies heavily on autotune,” and even dug up original sound clips from her past dramas as supposed evidence. Zhao Lusi responded with action: behind-the-scenes footage released by Brian Lee’s team showed her recording in Chengdu for 12 consecutive hours, repeatedly adjusting her breath control for a single high note. During the live-streamed release of her new single, she even sang the chorus of Don’t Wanna Know live, demonstrating vocal stability almost identical to the studio recording.
Apart from her musical endeavors, Zhao Lusi previously made headlines due to a public dispute with her agency, Galaxy Cool Entertainment, which had not responded to her concerns, attracting widespread attention. On August 19, Zhao Lusi officially deactivated her Weibo account.
Zhao Lusi’s health has also been a focus of public concern. In late November of last year, during the filming of Lover, she suddenly fell ill and was rushed to the hospital. Her studio subsequently announced that all activities would be paused due to her sudden health issues. In January of this year, she wrote extensively about her psychological struggles, revealing that she had been experiencing depressive symptoms since 2019, followed by frequent vomiting, dizziness, and dramatic weight loss, dropping to only 36.9 kg (approximately 81 lbs). In a January interview with Fengmian News in Chengdu, Zhao Lusi admitted, “I have a bit of inner conflict. For major matters, I step back directly; for minor things, I say ‘never mind.’ I haven’t paid much attention to my own emotions in all of this.”
The “Miss You” (思念如面 / Si Nian Ru Mian) concert marks an important milestone for Zhao Lusi to showcase her vocal talent and signal her return to the entertainment stage.
Note: The English concert title was changed to Miss You to match the title used on the streaming platform Youku.
