According to the Qichacha app, Liu Shishi is currently associated with 12 companies, six of which are still active, including Straw Bear Pictures. Meanwhile, Nicky Wu is linked to only two active companies.
One of their former joint ventures, Jiangsu Straw Bear Culture Media, was officially dissolved in 2016. Notably, in February 2024, Liu Shishi reportedly withdrew her 5% stake from Jiangsu Xizi Investment, and the exact same share was subsequently taken over by Nicky Wu. As of now, the two no longer have any direct business ties. According to a report from Sohu on May 22, their business relationship appears to have completely ended.
Liu Shishi and Nicky Wu’s romance began on the set of the popular historical drama Scarlet Heart in 2011. On November 13, 2013, at 2:06 a.m., Nicky Wu publicly confirmed his relationship with Liu Shishi.
The couple registered their marriage on January 20, 2015, and held a romantic wedding ceremony in Bali on March 20, 2016. On December 20, 2018, Nicky Wu announced that Liu Shishi was pregnant.
