Initially, there was no information about the male lead. However, a few hours later, rumors surfaced suggesting that Lin Yunrui would take on the male lead role. Another name mentioned in the rumors is Tan Jianci.
Filming for this drama is expected to start after Bai Lu wraps up her work on Strange Case of Tang Palace, in which she stars alongside Wang Xingyue.
Reactions from netizens in China have been mixed. Some are skeptical about the validity of these rumors, with the mention of Li Yunrui seeming to capitalize on the popularity of the currently airing drama Blossom.
According to Baidu Baike, Mo Li will have 40 episodes, but the synopsis for the drama is still unknown. As of now, there has been no official announcement, so the truth behind these rumors remains uncertain.
