Xiao Zhan Concert Tickets Listed at Sky-High Prices on Resale Platforms
According to Chinese media outlet The Paper, tickets for Xiao Zhan’s concerts are divided into six price categories, ranging from 390 yuan to 1,960 yuan.
Although official ticket sales have yet to begin, some sellers on online secondhand marketplaces have reportedly started offering ticket-buying services and tickets they claim to have reserved through internal connections.
Tickets for the premium floor section, originally priced at 1,960 yuan, have reportedly been listed for more than 10,000 yuan, equivalent to approximately US$1,494. Seated tickets in the stands have also appeared with markups of several thousand yuan.
There have even been claims that first-row seats have reached an asking price of 250,000 yuan, or approximately US$37,300. However, these figures represent prices advertised by online sellers and are not confirmed transaction prices.
The situation has sparked discussion about ticket scalping and potential scams, even though the official ticket rush has not yet begun.
Xiao Zhan’s Studio Warns Fans to Use Official Ticketing Channels
In response to the risks, Xiao Zhan’s studio and ticketing platform Damai issued reminders urging fans to exercise caution when purchasing tickets.
Fans were advised to use official ticketing channels and avoid offers involving so-called “internal tickets,” ticket-buying services, or private transfers.
The warning is particularly relevant given the enormous demand for the concerts, which could create opportunities for unscrupulous sellers to profit from fans’ enthusiasm.
For many fans, the tour represents more than an opportunity to hear Xiao Zhan perform live. It is also a long-awaited chance to see him on stage in a concert of his own.
Xiao Zhan’s Journey From Singer to Popular Actor
Xiao Zhan made his debut in 2016 as a member of the boy group X Nine. He initially entered the entertainment industry as a singer before gradually expanding his career into acting.
