LayarHijau – WeTV Indonesia’s latest original series, Love & 10 Million Dollars, has officially premiered and is already drawing strong attention from viewers. Combining high-stakes romance with emotional conflict, the collaboration with Hitmaker Studios brings Davina Karamoy and Giorgino Abraham together in a story that pushes both characters—and audiences—into morally complex territory.
The series also stars Anthony Xie and Elina Joerg, completing a cast that drives the narrative’s tension across its 10-episode run. With its bold premise and layered storytelling, the drama explores themes of financial pressure, toxic relationships, and personal integrity.

During promotional events, the lead actors opened up about their on-screen chemistry, which plays a central role in the story’s emotional pull.
Giorgino Abraham, who plays the enigmatic billionaire Arman Bamantara, shared that filming required careful coordination, especially for scenes involving intimacy and boundaries.
“Every actor has their own boundaries, and that’s why an Intimacy Coordinator is important. On top of that, the workshop process helped us create scenes that are not only sexist, but also beautiful, so the message can be conveyed to the audience,” he explained.
Meanwhile, Davina Karamoy described her character, Elina Putri Wardana, as emotionally layered and challenging to portray.
“Elina is complex and layered. In front of her husband, she has to appear happy, but deep down she’s actually very sad. With enough reading and preparation, it really helped us understand each character,” she said.
From the production side, WeTV Indonesia Country Head Febriamy Hutapea emphasized that casting decisions were guided primarily by the needs of the story.
“Generally, casting is story-driven. We also continuously monitor audience responses and remain open to new talents based on the needs of the story,” she noted.
Producer Rocky Soraya from Hitmaker Studios highlighted the uniqueness of the series’ setting and concept.
“We wanted to create something different. When we collaborated with WeTV Indonesia, we saw the shooting location in a winery, and stories about this kind of business haven’t really been explored before, so we thought it would be interesting,” Rocky explained.
Directed by Ferry Pei Irawan, the series stands out with its winery business backdrop, combined with strong emotional storytelling and unpredictable plot developments.
Synopsis of Love & 10 Million Dollars
The story follows Elina Putri Wardana (Davina Karamoy), a successful CEO trapped in a manipulative marriage with her husband, Diaz Danantya (Anthony Xie). Behind her composed exterior, Elina struggles under emotional pressure and control.
Her situation worsens when Diaz secretly registers the trademark of her family business under his own name. At her lowest point, Elina meets Arman Bamantara (Giorgino Abraham), a mysterious billionaire who offers her financial support worth 10 million US dollars.
However, the offer comes with an unusual condition: Elina must spend 24 hours with him on a private island, with no physical contact allowed.
This agreement sets off a chain of events involving hidden pasts, dangerous business schemes, and a growing emotional connection between them.
