LayarHijau – Chinese costume drama Pursuit of Jade has recorded a rapid surge in popularity since its premiere. According to a press release from WeTV Indonesia received by LayarHijau on March 12, 2026, the series starring Zhang Linghe and Tian Xiwei reportedly surpassed a Heat Index (HI) of 29,000 within just three days of its release.
In its official statement, WeTV said the achievement makes Pursuit of Jade the fastest-growing drama on the platform since 2025.

Enthusiasm for the drama was already evident even before the first episode aired. According to the data shared in the press release, the number of reservations for Pursuit of Jade on the WeTV app reached around 71,000 users.
After the drama was officially released, its popularity score rose sharply. Within about 15 minutes of the premiere, the Heat Index of Pursuit of Jade was reported to have already surpassed 23,000.
The surge continued, and on March 8, 2026, the drama was said to have exceeded 29,000 on the Heat Index. WeTV noted that the figure reflects the strong viewer interest in the series from the very beginning of its broadcast.
Part of the drama’s appeal has also been attributed to the on-screen chemistry between Zhang Linghe and Tian Xiwei as the lead characters. Their interactions bring the relationship between the characters to life, combining romantic moments with intense conflicts that keep viewers engaged.
Pursuit of Jade is currently streaming exclusively on WeTV.
