Upon receiving the Weibo KING award, Xiao Zhan expressed his gratitude for the public’s appreciation. “The three characters [I played] in 2025 have allowed everyone to see a different side of me. I am also very happy that through these three distinct roles, I can share stories of diverse styles, each with its own unique characteristics,” the actor stated.
Xiao Zhan added that the recognition he received today serves as motivation for the future. “For me, what’s more important than this honor is today—the present moment—and every day that follows. I will continue to work hard. See you next time, thank you,” he concluded.
Meanwhile, Weibo QUEEN recipient Yang Mi expressed her delight at the recognition. She also used the opportunity to offer positive wishes for social media users and the film industry.
“I hope that in 2026, everyone can continue to discover new and exciting things on Weibo in real-time,” said Yang Mi. “I hope you can all find beautiful new things every day. Happy New Year 2026 to everyone, and may your films be blockbusters!”
