LayarHijau – Actor Zhang Han was recently spotted viewing a luxury property in Xuhui District, Shanghai. Having previously owned properties in Shanghai and Beijing, he is now looking at a residence valued at around 75 million yuan (approximately $22 million), featuring a spacious 350-square-meter apartment with stunning river views. The property showroom not only displayed artistic arrangements, but a female sales assistant was also seen nearly kneeling on the floor to serve Zhang Han.
According to South China Entertainment, on November 13, Zhang Han visited the property accompanied by a friend. Dressed in a white casual set and sporting a neat crew-cut hairstyle for his latest drama Righteous Sinners (正道非盗), his appearance differed from his previous “tough guy” image. Nevertheless, some fans recognized him and gathered at the showroom to request autographs, which Zhang Han warmly accommodated.

Xuhui District is known as a celebrity hotspot; actors like Hu Ge and Tang Yan also own properties there. The apartment Zhang Han viewed comes with premium amenities, including a private club and an Olympic-standard heated swimming pool. He showed particular interest in one river-view apartment with a unique design, a curved living room, and wide-open vistas, making it a luxurious residence with an artistic flair.
During the viewing, Zhang Han was accompanied by several staff members, and a female sales assistant stayed by his side to provide detailed explanations. While he rested on the sofa, the assistant was seen half-kneeling on the floor to serve tea, likely due to the low height of the table.
The video of Zhang Han touring the luxury property went viral on social media, sparking widespread discussion among fans. Many speculated that the visit could be related to purchasing a “wedding home,” given the actor’s widely reported romantic history.
Looking at his past relationships, Zhang Han’s romances with Zheng Shuang and Gulinazha are now in the past. He was also rumored to be close to Miss Asia contestant Gao Wenjun, and in November 2025, he was photographed with a woman in a leopard fur coat and, a few days later, with a woman in a white dress. Zhang Han later clarified that these women were just friends. Therefore, if this visit was indeed for a “wedding home,” who might the mysterious new owner be? Fans remain curious about the potential recipient.
