In the following years, Zhao Lusi faced various health issues, including pneumonia and the deaths of family members. All of this led to distressing physical symptoms such as vomiting, dizziness, joint pain, and worsening neck pain in 2024.
Although she had never spoken about her illness before, she felt it was important to provide the public with insight into her experiences, without wanting to turn this situation into mere “hype.”
