Additionally, Zhao Lusi addressed the emotional violence she has faced throughout her life, as reported by Sohu. As a child, she believed that being hit for not studying well was normal, which made her hesitant to admit that her tutor had abused her.

As an adult, she encountered violence again, this time feeling guilty for not securing a desired role. She described this experience as a significant “breakup fee,” as she had to constantly deal with rumors and slander circulating in the industry.

In the conclusion of her article, Zhao Lusi stated that regret is a useless emotion. She expressed her desire to overcome the inner contradictions that have troubled her and is determined to rebuild herself. She also thanked everyone who has provided support and love over the years.
