Concerned fans sought information from the actress’s studio and left comments on Zhao Lusi’s Weibo account. However, her account has been deactivated until January 3.
According to fans and an official statement from Zhao Lusi’s studio, the actress was actually hospitalized around December 17-18. In other words, she received treatment about 10 days ago, but this information has only come to light in the last two days.
Fans reported that Zhao Lusi’s father confirmed she is safe, and the crew of the drama “Almost Lover” will postpone filming until Chinese New Year 2025.
Some netizens also mentioned seeing Zhao Lusi at a nail salon on December 19, where she was reportedly getting a manicure. This suggests that after her hospitalization on December 17-18, she did not require further inpatient care and was able to return home.
Now, it has been 10 days since she was admitted to the hospital. It is likely that the actress is currently focusing on her physical and emotional recovery.
Netizens are questioning why photos and videos of Zhao Lusi in the hospital are only emerging now. Why did her studio wait until after her video went viral to inform everyone that she had experienced health issues? This handling of the situation has left many netizens feeling confused and dissatisfied.
