LayarHijau – Mayday frontman Ashin recently made a surprise appearance at Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino, California, where he attended the company’s latest product launch and got an exclusive look behind the scenes at Apple.
Ashin’s visit came as Apple unveiled its latest devices, including the highly anticipated iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo. He also witnessed the transition between Apple’s outgoing and incoming CEOs and was given the rare opportunity to visit Apple’s acoustic laboratory.

But Ashin’s appearance at Apple was more than just a celebrity guest appearance. In a post on social media, the Mayday singer revealed that his connection with Apple goes back roughly 25 years, dating to the days of BB Call, or pagers.
His relationship with the company later grew through a major charitable sticker collaboration involving STAYREAL, the lifestyle brand founded by Ashin and his creative partners.
During his latest visit, Ashin experienced Apple’s product launch firsthand and stepped inside the company’s acoustic laboratory, offering him a glimpse into the technology and research behind Apple’s audio innovations.
The visit also brought back memories of Mayday’s early days.
Ashin recalled that the royalties from Mayday’s debut album eventually gave him enough money to buy his first iMac. Remarkably, he has kept that computer to this day.
The old iMac holds a special place in his heart because it contains traces of Mayday’s creative journey and the music the band created throughout the years.
For Ashin, going from a young musician who could finally afford his first computer with money earned from Mayday’s debut album to becoming a guest at an Apple event was an emotional full-circle moment.
But the biggest surprise was still to come.
Ashin revealed that Mayday’s upcoming concert film will be involved in a major collaboration with Apple devices. He teased that more details about the project will be released soon and suggested that the collaboration will explore how technology can transform both the creative process and everyday life.
The announcement immediately sparked excitement among Mayday fans and Apple enthusiasts. While Ashin did not reveal all the details, his comments suggest that Apple’s technology will play an important role in the upcoming Mayday concert movie.
His appearance at Apple’s headquarters now appears to be more significant than a simple invitation to attend the launch of the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo. It may have been an early glimpse at a much larger creative partnership between Mayday and Apple.
Ashin ended his post by bringing together the spirit of STAYREAL and Apple with the line, “Make Life Stay Real & Think different!”
More details about the Mayday concert film and its collaboration with Apple are expected to be revealed soon.
