LayarHijau – The highly anticipated modern romantic drama, “Love Has Fireworks”, starring Tan Jianci and Wang Churan, is rumored to be airing in April. This news immediately caught fans’ attention online, as the drama has been on hold since finishing filming in July 2023.
The drama’s release was previously delayed because the second male supporting actor, Zhang Haowei, was involved in a scandal that put him on a blacklist. Due to limited funds for AI face-swapping technology, the drama was postponed indefinitely.

However, earlier this year, Zhang Haowei cleared his name after winning a court case. The court ruled that a friend had fabricated false evidence, including audio recordings and images, to defame him. With Zhang Haowei’s reputation restored, the path for “Love Has Fireworks” to air again is now open.
The timing of the drama’s release is also supported by Wang Churan’s rising popularity, thanks to her latest drama, “How Dare You!?”. Seeing the public’s enthusiasm, the production team decided to release the drama as soon as possible.
“Love Has Fireworks” tells an office romance story between the characters played by Tan Jianci and Wang Churan, involving elements of living together and a Cinderella-style love story with a billionaire hiding his true identity. Many predict the drama has the potential to be a big hit, similar to the success of “Only for Love”, starring Bai Lu and Wang Hedi. With its fresh storyline amidst the trend of historical costume dramas, “Love Has Fireworks” is expected to elevate Tan Jianci and Wang Churan’s careers to new heights.
