In an official statement released on March 3, Dilraba Dilmurat’s studio offered sincere apologies to Dior and her fans who had been eagerly awaiting her appearance.
“With deep regret, we inform you that due to force majeure circumstances, Dilraba was unable to arrive in Paris on March 3 Paris time and therefore could not attend the Dior fashion show,” the studio stated.
According to the statement, Dilraba and her team had made extensive preparations and were very excited to attend the event. However, an unavoidable incident occurred during her journey.
Earlier, fashion blogger Chrison reported that Dilraba was held up in Dubai as all flights were suspended. Chrison’s information confirms that the flight disruption was the main reason for the actress’s absence.
Despite efforts from Dilraba, her team, and Dior staff to find a solution, the situation on the ground ultimately prevented her from traveling to Paris as scheduled.
“We want to tell all fans who have been waiting: Dilraba greatly values every opportunity to interact with you. This unexpected situation surprised us, and we apologize for disappointing you,” the statement continued.
The studio also confirmed that Dilraba is currently safe and well with her team, urging fans not to worry.
As a global ambassador for Dior, Dilraba’s presence on the front row of the fashion show was highly anticipated. Media outlets had widely reported that her appearance would be one of the highlights of Paris Fashion Week this year.
