LayarHijau – The fan event for Love on the Turquoise Land held in Beijing on November 25 drew a lively crowd as the main cast—Dilraba Dilmurat, Oliver Chen Xingxu, and Zhang Li—took the stage. The trio dazzled the audience while sharing a variety of entertaining behind-the-scenes stories from the fantasy–romance drama.
On the red carpet, all three stars immediately stole the spotlight. Dilraba appeared in a black gown with paneled details and vintage-style jewelry that highlighted her elegant yet commanding aura. Chen Xingxu arrived in a polished black suit with a gentlemanly vibe, while Zhang Li opted for a classic black ensemble that looked graceful and sophisticated.

The atmosphere warmed up even more during the interaction segment. The actors performed a trending gesture dance that made the audience erupt in cheers. Dilraba and Chen Xingxu then reenacted one of their iconic scenes from the drama—the “passing by” moment that showcases their “Double A” chemistry, where both characters are strong and dominant yet perfectly complementary.
During the mystery box game, Dilraba surprised everyone by plunging her hand inside without hesitation, revealing a bold and fearless side that contrasts with her gentle off-screen persona.
A humorous moment also caught attention. While introducing himself, Chen Xingxu jokingly held up a black card and said he could “recruit everyone into his company.” When someone cheekily asked whether they could receive a salary without working, Dilraba quickly replied, “You’re dreaming even more than Ding Xiao,” sending the room into laughter.
In Love on the Turquoise Land, Dilraba’s character Nie Jiuluo has several water scenes. She revealed that the last time she had properly swum was around 2018. To portray the role, she had to relearn swimming from scratch to overcome her fear of water. She also praised the production team for prioritizing safety throughout the filming process.
Discussion about her discipline and appearance also surfaced on Weibo. In a video clip of her conversation with Oliver Chen, Dilraba shared that she lost 6 jin (around 3 kg) during filming. Upon hearing this, Chen Xingxu—curious about her method—asked for her secret. The actress casually replied, “I just don’t eat dinner.” The response left Chen Xingxu, who is known for strict workouts and a low-fat diet, feeling defeated as his efforts seemed far more grueling compared to his co-star’s effortless metabolism.
Despite the weight loss, Dilraba appeared in top form on screen—slimmer yet still well-proportioned, with her “structured features” looking photogenic from every angle. Her action scenes also received praise for their clean, fluid, and dynamic movements—a combination that strengthened both her visual impact and overall performance.
