The drama tells the story of Xu Yan (played by Zhao Lusi), a well-known TV host who appears to have the perfect marriage with elite businessman Shen Hao Ming (William Chan). But behind the glamorous facade lies a relationship riddled with emotional distance, social gaps, and power imbalance.
Things take a turn when Xu Yan decides to walk away from the marriage, forcing Shen Hao Ming to confront his own feelings and fight to win her back. Based on the novel Da Qiao Xiao Qiao by Zhang Yueran, the drama promises a gripping emotional journey and mature romance.

Her transformation has already generated buzz among fans. Meanwhile, her on-screen chemistry with William Chan is expected to be one of the show’s biggest highlights, especially after their elegant wedding stills from the drama went viral online.
Love’s Ambition will run for 32 episodes and will be available to stream for free on WeTV via the app or official website. For those who want early access and an ad-free experience, WeTV’s VIP subscription is also an option.
With a compelling storyline, high production value, and two A-list leads, Love’s Ambition is shaping up to be one of WeTV’s most anticipated dramas of 2025.
