LayarHijau – Traffic police in Keqiao District, Shaoxing, have responded to reports regarding an alleged hit-and-run involving actress Jin Chen. Recently, a reliable source revealed that on March 16, 2025, Jin Chen was involved in a car accident in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. Following the incident, she reportedly asked her assistant to take the blame while she left the scene herself. During the subsequent insurance claim process, issues were discovered in how the case was handled, sparking widespread public discussion. As of now, Jin Chen’s team has not issued a response.
On January 29, reporters from Xiaoxiang Morning Post contacted Shaoxing emergency line 122 and learned that the accident location, Lingxia Village on Hutang Street, falls under the jurisdiction of the Konan Traffic Team, Keqiao Police Department. When the reporters reached out to the Konan Team, staff stated that the report would be forwarded to their superiors and a reply would be given later.
When contacted directly, Keqiao traffic police advised reporters to reach out to the Konan Team, noting that “this accident is being handled by the Konan Team.” They added that verifying last year’s accidents usually takes time, so “detailed information will be confirmed once the Konan Team completes their review, and they will call back.” As of this report, no official response has been provided by the parties involved.
