LayarHijau – Chinese actress and singer Zhao Lusi is once again earning praise for her dedication to fans. During her recent concert in Thailand, the star reportedly worked hard to learn Thai so she could communicate directly with local fans during the event.
Zhao Lusi’s concert attracted not only fans but also several Thai celebrities who came to watch the performance. To make the event even more special, she prepared Thai-language songs and interacted with the audience using Thai throughout the show.

After the concert, Zhao Lusi’s Thai language teacher shared behind-the-scenes stories on Instagram about the actress’s learning process. According to the teacher, Zhao Lusi spent less than 10 hours studying Thai but still managed to achieve surprisingly impressive results.

The teacher admitted she was both nervous and excited when she first learned that she would be teaching Zhao Lusi. Because of confidentiality reasons, she had to keep the news secret for nearly a month before the concert was officially announced.
She explained that Zhao Lusi’s schedule was incredibly busy, and despite often working late into the night, the actress still made time to attend Thai lessons. At first, the teacher was curious why Zhao Lusi suddenly wanted to study the language.
Everything became clear after the Thailand concert was announced. Zhao Lusi reportedly wanted to speak directly to Thai fans in their own language, so she actively searched for phrases she wanted to say and repeatedly discussed them with her teacher to make sure they sounded natural and meaningful.
The actress also practiced Thai songs extensively to deliver the best possible performance on stage. Her dedication deeply moved her teacher.
While watching the concert in person, the teacher said she could not hold back her tears after seeing how much Zhao Lusi had accomplished in such a short amount of time.
“When I thought about how little time she actually spent learning but still managed to do that well, as a Thai teacher, I felt incredibly proud,” she shared.
Hidden Love Novel Offical English Edition
The novel behind the hit Chinese drama on Netflix tells the story of Sang Zhi, a bright and spirited girl who secretly falls for Duan Jiaxu, her older brother’s warm and caring college roommate. Years after life pulls them apart, they reunite in college, where their relationship begins to change as old feelings resurface and the possibility of romance finally emerges.
Another touching moment came when Zhao Lusi personally invited her teacher onto the stage and introduced her to fans as “my Thai teacher.” The gesture made the teacher feel truly appreciated and respected.
After the concert ended, the two reportedly cried together as they reflected on the hard work and memories they shared throughout the preparation process.
At the end of her post, the teacher thanked Zhao Lusi and the entire team for trusting her and allowing her to be part of such a memorable experience. She also revealed that Zhao Lusi hopes to continue studying Thai in the future, saying the actress’s professionalism and sincere attitude helped her understand why so many people admire her.
