LayarHijau– Chinese actor Dylan Wang has once again captured public attention. After receiving praise last year for his performance in the costume drama Da Feng Night Patrol, Dylan Wang is currently filming a new variety show. Notably, actress Bai Lu appeared as a guest during the recording, creating a buzz among fans.
The two were spotted grocery shopping together at a traditional market, a scene that quickly went viral on social media. Videos show Dylan Wang and Bai Lu walking casually through the market, selecting vegetables and meat as if they were an ordinary couple. Their down-to-earth interaction attracted attention from both local shoppers and online viewers alike.

Many netizens were instantly reminded of the drama Only For Love, in which Dylan Wang and Bai Lu played the main couple. In the drama, their characters Shi Yan and Zheng Shuyi eventually get married in the final episode. As a result, fans jokingly described the market-shopping scene as a real-life glimpse into the couple’s “post-marriage life.”
Dylan Wang made his acting debut in 2018 through Meteor Garden and returned to modern romance dramas in 2023 with Only For Love, starring alongside Bai Lu. With both actors having large fan bases, their pairing has been closely watched from the beginning. Despite some criticism of the drama’s styling and costumes, its ratings remained high and the duo’s popularity stayed strong. Many fans hope to see them reunite in another project, although both actors have demanding schedules.
In the viral footage, Dylan Wang is dressed in all black with striking blond hair, while Bai Lu wears a casual denim outfit that exudes a cheerful vibe. The pair even stopped at a pork stall to discuss what to buy with the vendor, a simple and relatable moment for such high-profile stars.
They were seen purchasing a substantial amount of groceries, using a wheeled basket to transport them. Bai Lu appeared to struggle lifting the heavy basket when loading it into a car, drawing laughter from onlookers. Dylan Wang stepped in to help and even carried over a dozen bottles of water by himself. These small gestures earned him praise online, with many noting his “boyfriend material” aura—even during mundane activities.
Fans were reminded of the romantic wedding scene between Shi Yan and Zheng Shuyi in the final episode of Only For Love. Since idol dramas rarely depict life after marriage, Dylan Wang and Bai Lu’s grocery shopping during the variety show filming has been widely seen as a rare, real-world glimpse of what the couple’s married life might look like, prompting many to call it a live-action version of “Only For Love after marriage.”
