LayarHijau ā Thai actor Nine Naphat has openly spoken about his relationship with his mother, Moo Pimphaka, for what he says will be the final time. During a recent interview with Thai reporters, Nine admitted he no longer wants to hide the truth and asked the public to respect the decision he has made.
Nine explained that he felt the need to address the issue clearly because he did not want it to continue haunting him in the future.
āThis will be the last time I talk about this. Iām a very straightforward person, and I hate lying. If I donāt speak honestly and clearly today, this issue will keep following me forever,ā Nine said.
The 30-year-old actor revealed that he and his mother have not been in contact since their previous major press conference. According to him, both of them are now living separate lives.
āSince the last interview and press conference, we havenāt contacted each other anymore. I have my own life, and weāre each living our own lives. I want everyone to respect that,ā he shared.
Nine also stressed that the decision came entirely from himself and was not influenced by anyone else. He admitted that everyone involved had already been hurt enough by the situation.
āIf you want to call it cutting ties, then yes, you can say that. I have my own life. Itās not just me who feels hurtāeveryone has been hurt by this situation. Itās enough. I donāt want this anymore,ā he continued.
The Thai star said he is now prioritizing his mental health, emotional well-being, and personal happiness above all else. He believes it is finally time for him to choose a life that makes him happy.
āI care a lot about my mental health and emotional well-being. I want to be happy, and I believe itās finally time for me to have that happiness,ā Nine explained.
Although he understands that some people may criticize him or even label him ungrateful, Nine insisted he has already done his best as a son.
āThai society may criticize this situation, but in the end, I chose myself and whatās best for me, which is my mental, emotional, and physical health,ā he said.
Nine admitted that he previously went through a very difficult emotional period, but he now feels much healthier and stronger mentally.
āRight now, my mental state is as good as it can be. Even if I break down again someday, I believe Iāll be able to stand up again,ā the actor stated.
At the end of the interview, Nine once again emphasized that he would not discuss the matter anymore in the future and hoped the public would support his decision instead of turning it into further drama.
āFrom now on, my life belongs to me. I have my own life, and we each live our own lives,ā he concluded.
