LayarHijau – Chinese actress Song Yi has once again become the focus of public attention. After earlier reports suggesting she had broken up with actor Bai Jingting, she is now facing fresh rumors accusing her of being difficult to work with, arrogant toward crew members, and even personally attacking others.

Anonymous accounts on entertainment forums claimed that Song Yi often displayed unprofessional behavior, from scolding makeup artists over minor dissatisfaction with their work, to refusing to get out of her car on set if arrangements didn’t meet her expectations. One rumor even alleged that she only agreed to cooperate after the producer apologized with luxury gifts.

The gossip gained even more traction after netizens discovered that Song Yi had unfollowed Bai Jingting on social media. Many linked the negative rumors about her alleged behavior to the couple’s supposed breakup, especially since their relationship had been rumored to be on-and-off ever since they grew close while filming the drama Destined.

As the speculation spiraled, Song Yi’s studio issued an official statement firmly denying all accusations. They emphasized that the claims were completely fabricated with the intent to damage her reputation, and confirmed that evidence had already been collected to take legal action against those spreading the rumors.

“All of these accusations are entirely baseless. These rumors were deliberately constructed to smear Song Yi’s reputation and public image. The impact has been severe, as once circulated, the false claims quickly drew numerous comments and widespread reposts from internet users,” the studio stressed in its statement as reported by World Journal.

The studio also delivered a stern warning to accounts that had participated in spreading the gossip. They demanded that all related content be deleted immediately and urged users not to test their luck. “To every media outlet and internet user who has published or shared these unlawful statements, please delete them at once. Do not harbor any illusions of escaping accountability,” the statement continued.

As a follow-up measure, Song Yi’s studio confirmed that it had already documented evidence from several Weibo accounts that spread defamatory content. They also stated that they would not hesitate to pursue the matter in court to ensure that those responsible face full legal consequences.
