Fans of Yang Zi and Bai Lu are actively promoting their respective idol’s dramas. Many of Yang Zi’s fans are using the hashtag to encourage netizens to watch Flourished Peony on MGTV and Hunan TV on January 7 at 8:00 PM local time.
Reactions from fans of both dramas vary. Some expressed confusion about which one to watch first, while others shared their excitement and enthusiasm about their idols’ new dramas airing simultaneously.
Recently, MGTV released a new trailer for Flourished Peony. From the trailer, the relationship and interactions between the characters played by Yang Zi and Li Xian seem quite different from the novel version. He Mudan is portrayed in the trailer as clever and aware of when to leverage her position and status as a woman considered weak during that time.
Meanwhile, the character Jiang Changyang is depicted as a minister in charge of entertainment, differing from the novel where Jiang Changyang is a military chief. However, there may be surprises in the drama’s storyline.
On the other hand, Moonlight Mystique stars Ao Ruipeng and Bai Lu. Over the past few weeks, iQiyi has been actively promoting various new video clips from this drama.
Which of these two dramas are you most looking forward to?
