Meanwhile, Zhang Yuxi, who plays Xiao Wu, expressed that her role is very special to her, although she feels some pressure while portraying it.
In an interactive segment, Zhou Yiran, Zhang Yuxi, Kong Xuer, and Xu Jiaqing reenacted iconic moments from their characters’ “soul skills,” allowing the audience to relive the thrilling scenes from the series, as reported by Sohu.
Compared to the first part, *Douluo Continent 2* has made significant improvements in terms of costumes, makeup, props, original music (OST), special effects, and the directing team.
To better appeal to anime fans, the production team specifically invited Zhang Yuxi, who closely resembles the character Xiao Wu from the anime, to play the role. The costumes are nearly 100% reproduced from the *Douluo Continent* anime, demonstrating a strong commitment to catering to the preferences of anime fans.
Premiering on November 25, the drama ranked sixth in the list of popular Chinese dramas according to Maoyan data as of today.
