Bai Lu attended the event to promote her upcoming historical costume drama Mo Li (莫離), which also stars Cheng Lei and is currently awaiting its release.
On the red carpet, Bai Lu appeared elegant yet sensual in a black-and-white sequined gown with a high slit from Ulyana Sergeenko’s Spring/Summer 2025 haute couture collection. She later changed into a dark green floral gown from GUOPEI’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection, paired with an updo and floral accessories, creating a forest fairy-like impression.
Inside the venue, Bai Lu changed outfits once again, this time wearing a gradient embroidered mermaid gown from Rahul Mishra’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection. The colors shifted from soft pink to blue, shimmering beautifully with every step she took.

Mo Li is a historical fantasy drama infused with elements of romance, politics, and revenge. It is adapted from the novel Sheng Shi Di Fei by Feng Qing. The story centers on Ye Li, the eldest daughter of a noble family who, in her previous life, had a background as a special forces soldier. Through an imperial marriage arrangement, she becomes the wife of Prince Mo Xiuyao, a prince believed to be physically weak and chronically ill—though the truth proves to be far more complicated.
On the surface, the marriage appears mismatched and is even ridiculed by many. Behind her bridal veil and calm smile, Ye Li secretly plans her revenge for the misfortune and injustice suffered by her family and clan. At the same time, she must confront broader palace conspiracies and power struggles for the throne involving figures such as Prince Jing Li.
