LayarHijau – Recently, a whistleblower once again filed an official report against actress Song Zuer over alleged tax problems, claiming to have submitted additional evidence to the tax authorities.

According to Ziniu News (via World Journal), the whistleblower, using the Weibo ID “Jinjun L,” stated that he had filed a real-name complaint in December 2023 accusing Song Zuer of tax evasion. At that time, the actress was summoned by the authorities and required to pay 2.72 million yuan in back taxes. Later, in January 2024, another unusual payment of 5.62 million yuan was recorded, which was believed to be an additional settlement following the investigation. The company involved is now also facing legal penalties.

In addition, the company was accused of inflating expenses by including 270,000 yuan in personal medical beauty treatments as corporate expenditures.

Business data from Qichacha shows that Song Zuer, whose real name is Sun Fanqing, has been affiliated with four companies. Currently, only one remains active: Shanghai Hongquan Film and Television Culture Co., Ltd., in which she holds a 10% stake. Several other companies she registered, most with a capital of 10,000 yuan, have already been deregistered.

So far, Song Zuer’s team has not responded to the latest allegations. Following a one-and-a-half-year hiatus due to the 2023 tax scandal, she made her comeback this year through the dramas The Demon Hunter’s Romance and The Prisoner of Beauty. She also has upcoming projects Reading Class and Liao Zhai awaiting release, and is currently filming Biao Mei Wan Fu.
