LayarHijau – Following the one-year anniversary of the passing of Taiwanese actress Barbie Hsu, a surprising rumor has surfaced regarding an inheritance dispute. Recently, the unveiling ceremony for Barbie Hsu’s commemorative statue at Jinbaoshan showcased intimacy between Barbie Hsu’s Mother (Mrs. Hsu) and her husband, Koo Jun-Yup. Mrs. Hsu was seen holding hands and hugging Koo Jun-Yup (DJ Koo), a truly moving sight.
However, circulating rumors accuse Mrs. Hsu of acting two-faced, both in public and behind the scenes. The news alleges that Mrs. Hsu has been secretly vying for Barbie Hsu’s inheritance against Koo Jun-Yup.
Mrs. Hsu was even reported to have sought assistance from the legal team once appointed by Lee Jinglei to secure the inheritance. The accusations claim that while everyone was still mourning, Mrs. Hsu was busy contacting lawyers and financial advisors to manage Barbie Hsu’s assets.
It is reported that Koo Jun-Yup has also hired legal counsel to protect his own rights in this inheritance dispute. Mrs. Hsu subsequently denied these allegations, stating that she now affectionately calls her son-in-law “Ade,” meaning son.
She emphasized that Koo Jun-Yup deeply loved and respected Barbie Hsu, and because of this, Mrs. Hsu also loves Koo Jun-Yup. Barbie Hsu’s sister, Dee Hsu, also stepped in to defend Koo Jun-Yup and fiercely condemned the rumor spreaders.
Dee Hsu accused the rumor mongers of being “malicious” and having “extremely dirty minds.” She asserted that Koo Jun-Yup offered her sister “the purest love” and allowed Barbie Hsu to enjoy genuine happiness.
Dee Hsu stated that Koo Jun-Yup is part of their family, and they would only protect him, not hurt him. She demanded that the circulating rumors and slanders be immediately stopped.
