Maoyan professional projections estimate the film’s final box office could reach ¥240 million, while Lighthouse predicts up to ¥360 million.
Meanwhile, Lu Yang’s A Writer’s Odyssey 2 has underperformed, with daily earnings ranking fourth. After five days, the total box office has just surpassed ¥200 million, with an estimated final revenue around ¥400 million, far below the first installment’s ¥1.035 billion.
Other films, The Volunteers: Peace at Last and 731, remain stable in the top two daily rankings. The Volunteers: Peace at Last, which has been screening for six days, has grossed ¥369 million, with a projected total of ¥600–700 million. 731, which has been screening for 18 days, has earned ¥1.789 billion, with a final estimate approaching ¥2 billion.
