The property showroom not only displayed artistic arrangements, but a female sales assistant was also seen nearly kneeling on the floor to serve Zhang Han.
According to South China Entertainment, on November 13, Zhang Han visited the property accompanied by a friend. Dressed in a white casual set and sporting a neat crew-cut hairstyle for his latest drama Righteous Sinners (正道非盗), his appearance differed from his previous “tough guy” image. Nevertheless, some fans recognized him and gathered at the showroom to request autographs, which Zhang Han warmly accommodated.
Xuhui District is known as a celebrity hotspot; actors like Hu Ge and Tang Yan also own properties there. The apartment Zhang Han viewed comes with premium amenities, including a private club and an Olympic-standard heated swimming pool. He showed particular interest in one river-view apartment with a unique design, a curved living room, and wide-open vistas, making it a luxurious residence with an artistic flair.
During the viewing, Zhang Han was accompanied by several staff members, and a female sales assistant stayed by his side to provide detailed explanations. While he rested on the sofa, the assistant was seen half-kneeling on the floor to serve tea, likely due to the low height of the table.
The video of Zhang Han touring the luxury property went viral on social media, sparking widespread discussion among fans. Many speculated that the visit could be related to purchasing a “wedding home,” given the actor’s widely reported romantic history.
