LayarHijau – The Chinese historical romance drama Moonlit Order (錦月令) brings together rising actress Hani Kezi and actor Huang Junjie in a story filled with palace intrigue, deception, and forbidden love. Written by Li Feifei, Xie Shu, and Zhang Yixin, and directed by Xi Zi, the series premiered on October 28 on Tencent Video, Disney+ (in select regions), and WeTV.
Plot Summary
Moonlit Order follows Feng Zuoren (Hani Kezi), the skilled and determined leader of the Snow Feather Guards, an elite intelligence unit that secretly carries out the emperor’s commands. Acting under direct orders from Emperor Jia, she infiltrates the powerful Dingyuan Marquis’ Mansion to locate and eliminate the exiled crown prince of the former dynasty.
Disguised as a gentle concubine within the mansion, Feng Zuoren unexpectedly crosses paths with Xue Hexu (Huang Junjie), a seemingly naïve young nobleman who is, in truth, the missing crown prince living in disguise. What begins as mutual suspicion and manipulation slowly turns into trust and affection.
As the two become entangled in each other’s lives, they uncover a massive conspiracy orchestrated by the emperor himself—one that threatens to upend the entire empire. Caught between loyalty and love, Feng Zuoren must choose between obeying her orders or standing by the man she has come to care for. Together, she and Xue Hexu embark on a dangerous mission to expose the truth behind the throne.
Airing Schedule
Moonlit Order consists of 24 episodes and streams on Tencent Video, Disney+ (in select regions), and WeTV.
Beginning October 28, Tencent Video VIP members can watch new episodes every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 12:00 PM, with an initial release of six episodes. Starting Friday, one new episode will be released daily, while SVIP members get early access.
From November 4, non-VIP viewers can also enjoy the drama with one new episode per day, starting with two episodes on launch day.
