LayarHijau – The case of Chinese actor Yu Menglong’s fall has passed over a month, yet it continues to draw attention from netizens. Although official sources have restricted information regarding the incident, international media such as BBC and New York Chinese Television continue to monitor the case closely. Fans and netizens keep exploring Yu Menglong’s social media posts and glimpses of his life before his death, generating a significant wave of public discussion.
Recently, reports emerged that the diary of Wang Yucen, former director at Tianyu Media, had been leaked by hackers. The diary was created using the digital app “Suqian”, which does not allow date modifications, adding credibility to the entries.

The content of Wang Yucen’s diary and old posts was later analyzed by commentator Qin Peng on the YouTube channel “Peng Guan Tianxia”. In the diary, Wang Yucen wrote about interactions with Yu Menglong, covering work, daily life, and emotional relationships.
One diary entry that drew particular attention from netizens, in relation to Yu Menglong’s death, reads:
“血月吞噬殘夜的涼霜，鎖在窗櫺上，椅角滴的那點暖，原是神明熄滅的燭”
(The blood moon swallows the leftover frost of the night, locked in the window bars, the little warmth dripping at the corner of the chair was actually the candle extinguished by the gods)
Netizens interpreted this poetic passage as a hint that Yu Menglong’s death occurred during the full moon, and Wang Yucen might have been involved in a “life-and-death transaction”, leading Yu Menglong to misinterpret false hope as a lifeline.
Additionally, Wang Yucen’s diary includes memories from 2013 when she first met Yu Menglong, details of their interactions in 2014, and her concerns about the pressures he faced in 2019. Some entries were tagged #friendlovedforyears, reflecting a mix of care and complex emotional conflicts.
Nevertheless, Qin Peng emphasized that these contents cannot be considered official evidence, and only reflect public opinions and information compiled from leaked diary entries and social media posts. Many netizens described Wang Yucen as a “terrifying lover” or “the type who destroys you if she can’t have you.”
As of now, there is no official confirmation regarding Wang Yucen’s involvement in Yu Menglong’s death or her current position at Tianyu Media.
